All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include VAT, unless stated otherwise, but exclude any delivery costs.
Prices may change over time; however, price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
The agreement becomes binding only once you have received a separate shipping confirmation.
All orders are processed on a first come, first served basis.
If an item is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund the payment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout.
Collins Wardrobe is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.
For deliveries outside the EU, local taxes or customs duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Risk and Ownership
The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to you once the item has been delivered.
Ownership of the goods transfers only after full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the item.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Once we have received the returned item, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
9. Returns
Returns are made at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Returned items must be shipped with a tracking number.
Unauthorized or late returns may be refused.

10. Complaints and Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

11. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes can only be used once per order.
They cannot be combined with other promotions or exchanged for cash.
If an item purchased with a discount is returned, only the amount actually paid will be refunded.

Collins Wardrobe cannot be held liable for:

Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts.
