Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 4–11 business days, divided into two phases:
Processing time: 1–3 business days
(order confirmation, preparation, quality control and packing)
Shipping time: 3–8 business days
(depending on the delivery address; this period covers transport from our international warehouse to your door)

Return Policy
Returning Items
Not satisfied with your purchase?
You may return items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt (please include the tracking number).
Once we have received the return package, the purchase amount will be refunded.
All returns must be registered through our customer service.
Received a Defective Item
If you have received a damaged item, please contact our support team immediately and include:

If the package was damaged during transport, please send a photo to our customer service within 7 days of delivery.
Without photographic documentation, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Wrong Item Received
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us with:

A photo of the received item
Exchanges
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible.
If you would like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
Return Costs

If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the customer ordered the wrong size or no longer wants the product, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellation Policy
Would you like to cancel your order?
Please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.
After this period, the order may already be under processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.
However, you may still return the item once you have received it.
